I’m excited to invite you into this opportunity to join me in meeting the needs of children and families living in poverty around the world.

 

Right now, one billion children worldwide are experiencing multi-dimensional poverty. They live without access to education, healthcare, housing, nutrition, sanitation or water. They live without hope for a bright future. But the compassion of people like you can change that. 

 

 

Raising funds for Compassion Canada’s programs around the world gives people like us the opportunity to respond. Everything Compassion does is driven by local churches. Together, we are meeting real needs in partnership with local leaders who know and love the kids and families in their communities.

 

I am raising funds for Compassion's Safety and Stability initiatives. Together, we can provide vital infrastructure to families and communities such as home reconstruction and Compassion Centre improvements, things that are particularly needed in the aftermath of crises or environmental disasters. Furthermore, through gifts like child protection workshops, we can also ensure kids living in poverty are known, loved and protected. With your support, kids can just be kids, even in the face of poverty and crisis!
