Beginnings are important.  And none more so than that of a child’s life.  It is during this time that the foundation for a lifetime of health and well-being is laid.  Yet for too many families around the world, especially those living in desperate poverty, this critical time is fraught with challenges ranging from inaccessible healthcare and nutrition to inadequate support systems and resources.

And so we have created this fundraiser, so that we can rally together to make a tangible difference in the lives of mothers and babies worldwide.  Research has shown that the experiences and environments encountered during the first thousand days of a child’s life will have a profound impact on their cognitive, emotional and physical development.    By ensuring that mothers have access to pre- and postnatal care, food and education, we are enabling their children to not only survive, but to thrive in their most critical years of life.  By ensuring that babies have access to vital healthcare, nutrition and other essentials, we are not only creating beautiful beginnings for each child supported, but are also creating constructive change for families and communities for generations to come.

Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will save and change lives of mothers and babies in need.  Every dollar donated will contribute to healthy and hopeful beginnings through:
